Brussels & Harissa Naan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of naan bread
  • 15 Brussels sprouts, halved and blanched for 5 minutes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2Tbsp harissa paste
  • ½ cup green olives, halved
  • 1 preserved lemon, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Pinch of chili flakes 

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix harissa and tomato sauce together and spread over naan.
  • Top naan with sprouts, olives, preserved lemons, feta and chili flakes.
  • Grill on medium 5-7 minutes.
