Our local food system is strengthened not only by local farmers and makers, but also by the artistry of local chefs and authors who highlight the amazing seasonal ingredients available to us. Chefs Yia Vang, Maurice Wallace, and Austin Bartold, and award-winning cookbook author Beth Dooley are sharing some of their favorite recipes that feature local, seasonal ingredients in these videos.
