Simple Rhubarb Vinaigrette (For Salad, Veggies or Meats)

Drizzle this on absolutely anything! This simple mix creates a zesty dressing made with all local ingredients from some favorite Minnesota vendors. Sweet honey meets tangy mustard and in-season rhubarb–perfect for your next grilling weekend.

 

Ingredients

¼ cup Clover Valley Rhubarb Honey Vinegar

2 tsp Beez Kneez Dusseldorf Honey Mustard

½ teaspoon each salt and pepper

½ cup Smude Sunflower Oil

 

Directions

Shake all ingredients in a pint jar. Great on any variety of local Urban Organics lettuce blends for a simple green salad. Also can be drizzled on grilled vegetables or fish, or used as a marinade for grilled meats.
