Green Goddess Dip

Green Goddess Dip

This creamy herb dip is sure to be a hit at your next gathering! In addition to appetizer spreads, it's great in wraps and on sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • ¼ pound Neufchatel cheese or cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon red onion, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons carrots, died
  • ¼ cup pecans, diced
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pita wedges and sliced veggies (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, pea pods, etc.), for serving

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix on high until all of the ingredients are blended. Stop, scrape the sides, and blend a bit more until everything is well mixed – consistency should still have some small chunks in it. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
