Green Goddess Dip

Green Goddess Dip
This creamy herb dip is sure to be a hit at your next gathering! In addition to appetizer spreads, it's great in wraps and on sandwiches.
Ingredients
- ¼ pound Neufchatel cheese or cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon red onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons carrots, died
- ¼ cup pecans, diced
- 1 ½ Tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pita wedges and sliced veggies (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, pea pods, etc.), for serving
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix on high until all of the ingredients are blended. Stop, scrape the sides, and blend a bit more until everything is well mixed – consistency should still have some small chunks in it. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
