  • 3 small Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 6 leaves of fresh mint, plus sprigs for garnish
  • 3 limes: 2 juiced, 1 sliced for garnish
  • 2 cans of Hobby Farmer turmeric switchel
  • 1 cucumber, peeled for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Urban Moonshine Calm Tummy bitters in chamomile & ginger

In a pitcher, combine the sliced cucumbers, mint leaves, and lime juice. Gently muddle the ingredients to extract the juices. Add the switchel to the pitcher and stir well. Thinly slice one cucumber with a mandoline or vegetable peeler. Line a slice inside each of four glasses, fill the glasses with ice cubes, and add one dropper of bitters to each glass. Strain the cucumber-mint mixture into the glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, lime slices, or a cucumber ribbon, and serve.
