Essential Functions
- Provide excellent, prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
- Prepare ground meats for best yield and customer appeal.
- Control ground product inventory, adjusting production based on product sales, seasonality, and weather.
- Be able to perform all other counter duties: stocking, wrapping, labeling, receiving orders, cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Shifts will include evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Standing for several hours at a time
- Lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and 80 lbs. occasionally
