Food ingredients we don’t allow

We believe in sourcing food that’s of the highest quality, from businesses that pay fair wages, and sourced with methods good for the planet. We prioritize transparency and sustainability, and work with companies who source local, non-GMO, organic, and Fair Trade ingredients whenever possible. We seek out allergen-free options to support people with special diets. For items that include palm oil, we prioritize products that are RSPO and Palm Done Right certified. Chocolate suppliers must carry fair trade certification or provide a statement pledging their commitment to fair labor practices.
