Oatmeal Cookie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
