DIY Gummies

Supplements are just more fun when taken in gummy form! With two flavor options, you can't go wrong with these DIY treats.

Ingredients

Strawberries & Cream Flavor

Elderberry Flavor

Instructions

Strawberries & Cream

Pour coconut milk into saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. Allow to bloom (absorb liquid) for several minutes.

Gently warm coconut milk almost to a boil.

Whisk gelatin until most of the lumps are gone.

In a blender, combine lemon juice, vanilla, salt, strawberries, and coconut milk mixture.

Using a dropper or syringe, fill your mold(s).

Put molds in fridge for 20-30 minutes or until gummies are firm.

Store in fridge & enjoy!

Elderberry

Heat water and elderberry powder in a saucepan until almost boiling.

Sprinkle gelatin into liquid, stir in honey.

When most of the lumps are gone, strain into a bowl.

Using a dropper or syringe, fill your mold(s).

Put mold(s) in fridge for 15 minutes or until gummies are firm.

Store in fridge & enjoy!

Notes

Tip: If you are re-using the same mold, you can gently reheat the gelatin mixture between filling the molds.
