Starting Salary Range $27 – $30
Lakewinds is looking for an organized, energetic team member to manage and direct activities of the Scanning Team, ensure Scanning systems are running effectively, coordinate processes across locations to bring appropriate stakeholders along with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Essential Functions
- Maintain systems of organization for work areas.
- Maintain training programs for all staff.
- Assist with the development and implementing of approved short and long-range department goals.

Qualifications
- 3 year minimum of retail store management experience.
- Supervisory experience: hiring, training, motivating, scheduling, goal setting.
